Status guide
Every status you may see, what it means and what to do next.
Deposits
| Status | How it looks | What to do |
|---|---|---|
seen | Seen on network | Waiting for the first confirmation. Nothing to do. |
confirming | Confirming | Credited automatically once enough confirmations arrive. |
credited | Credited | The funds are in your available balance. |
below_min | Below minimum | Not credited. Contact support if you need it recovered. |
dropped | Dropped | The network discarded this transaction. Nothing was credited. |
uncredited | Not credited | This asset is not supported, so it was not credited. Contact support. |
held_review | Held for review | Our compliance team is reviewing it. No action needed; we will notify you. |
unmatched | Unmatched | The memo or tag is missing or invalid. Contact support with the transaction ID. |
Withdrawals
| Status | How it looks | What to do |
|---|---|---|
queued | Queued | Waiting to be processed. Funds are locked. |
held | On hold | See the reason. Verify your identity or wait for review. Funds stay locked. |
validated | Approved | Checks passed. Waiting to be signed. |
signed | Signed | Prepared for the network. Nothing to do. |
broadcast | Sent to network | Waiting for confirmations. |
confirmed | Completed | The funds arrived on the network. |
failed | Failed | The funds were returned to your available balance. |
stuck | Delayed | Our team is resolving this by hand. Your funds are safe; no action needed. |
Orders
| Status | How it looks | What to do |
|---|---|---|
pending | Pending | Being placed. It appears in the book in a moment. |
open | Open | Waiting for a match. You can cancel it. |
partial | Partly filled | Part has traded. The rest is still open. |
filled | Filled | Fully traded. |
cancelled | Cancelled | Cancelled. The locked funds were released. |
rejected | Rejected | Not accepted. See the reason, fix it and try again. |
Account
